About the GDPR

Who is a DPO?
A Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the person responsible within a company for implementing compliance with the European regulation on data protection.
What is an IP address?
An IP address is a unique number that identifies a computer terminal connected to the Internet. These numbers are usually assigned by geographical group. An IP address can therefore often identify the geographical position of the device connected to the Internet.
About the collection of Personal Data...
In general, you may browse our websites without providing any personal data. However, our sites may contain forms (contact, recruiting, etc.) containing fields for collecting personal data.
This data will only be collected if you provide it willingly, and our forms, which only collect the data that is strictly necessary for processing purposes, will contain:
- The identity of the Data Processing Officer;
- The reasons for which the data is collected, the recipients of the data, and the data retention methods;
- Clear and precise consent when necessary;

Armatis-lc, its subsidiaries and partners are the only recipients of the data collected through our websites.

We make every effort to process your Personal Data in accordance with the purposes for which it will be used. As such, we retain Personal Data according to the nature of the data collected and the reasons for which it is collected.

Armatis-lc takes every precaution to preserve the security of your data. For this purpose, Armatis-lc has established a Personal Data protection policy articulated through the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security compatible with the risk.
Your personal data is stored in France on our own equipment and by our subcontractors located in the European Union, on secure servers accessible to a limited number of people with specific access rights to these systems.

In accordance with current regulations and in application of the European Regulation, you can freely exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your personal data.
